Freshwater Lake Naivasha hosts hippo and other aquatic life attracted to its shores. Lake Nakuru is alkaline, drawing in bright, pink flamingoes, pelicans, kingfishers and ostriches. Making both these lake areas even more exciting are the herds of wildlife surrounding their shores – wildlife like zebra, giraffe, rhino. This mini safari boasts a wonderful variety of animals for you to spot.

Lake Nakuru National Park is a fascinating mix of dazzling birdlife with the more traditional land-based safari wildlife. There’s a rhino sanctuary that features a large population of white and black rhino. You can also find the rare Rothschild’s giraffe feeding in the park’s acacia forests. Other unexpected surprises moving over its shores and through its woodlands – waterbucks, hyenas, baboons and monkeys.

There’s so much to see and do at Lake Naivasha and close-by Crescent Island Sanctuary.
